Beaumont Estate

About This Project

Revo have been working as the principal contractor for DeVere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor for many years, with projects still taking place onsite today. Beaumont Estate is a very British 18^th-century mansion, with a chapel, 75 event spaces and a Georgian white house located within 40 acres of parkland grounds. Back in July 2017, Revo completed a £12 million refurbishment contract that included a top-to-toe refurbishment of most of the property, including a meticulous restoration of its unique Grade II listed 19^th century chapel. Even after Beaumont’s multi-million-pound hotel refurbishment you will still find today a wealth of these stunning original features intact fused with a 21^st-century style.

The scope of work Revo were set included the hotel reception design and build, a conference centre fit out, hotel bedroom fit out that included 220 hotel bedroom refurbishment (currently working on the remaining 200 rooms). In addition, all communal areas have also received a thorough refurbishment to bring them in line with the recently relaunched DeVere brand.

These communal areas included the brand new 1705 Restaurant & Bar and Kitchen Room. This meant that as the main contractor, Revo undertook a bar fit out, restaurant fit out as well as a commercial kitchen fit out. This also comprised of a new 120-seater Restaurant plus a new terrace courtyard giving guests the opportunity to dine alfresco with a wood fired pizza oven. Customers can now dine in the light and airy, wooden-floored restaurant with its feature ceiling and rich materials including brass and leather or have the choice to take drinks on the comfy sofas in the adjoining bar.

A continuous revenue stream for Hotels is imperative so our project management experience in a live environment was key.

Revo were so proud to announce in June 2019 that they had been awarded a further year-long project that involved refurbishing the remaining bedrooms and meeting rooms at the DeVere Beaumont Estate. We believe that this repeat business at Beaumont Estate is an impressive testament to Revo’s professionalism and commitment to our work.
