Located in North London is Fairbridge Road; a lovely, tranquil residential street. Revo were asked as a residential construction contractor to undertake works in partnership with Dominvs Group on Fairbridge Road.
This £3.2 million project called upon Revo’s residential construction services, as well as our residential interior design services to build 15 new apartments and 2 commercial units, with green roofs and balconies.
The residential fit out was not a straightforward residential project. Taking place across 15 months, the nature of the scheme meant that the installation and scope of work was complicated, meaning time and site management was crucial. Not only did the development involve the demolition of a former car shop, the world was hit with the unprecedented news of Coronavirus in March 2020. Coronavirus (COVID-19) had and continues to have a dramatic and unavoidable impact on business across the UK and in our case – the construction industry. COVID-19 impacted this residential fit out project on Fairbridge Road with challenges facing deliveries, planning and inspection timescales and the most dramatic change was the measures to ensure the health and safety of the workforce. The new social distancing measures came into action fast at Fairbridge Road and were imperative in keeping this site open to meet all government guidelines.
Revo were delighted to be asked to work in partnership with Dominvs Group on this project. Dominvs Group is a privately owned group of companies who largely focus on the residential sectors in the United Kingdom but are also a mixed used development services provider working in the hotel and commercial real estate sectors.
