The Cumberland Hotel

About This Project

Due to the overwhelming success of Revo’s restaurant interior design and restaurant fit out of the Private Dining room at Rhodes 24 in Tower 42, Revo were so proud to have been commissioned to undertake a project from the same client at the Cumberland – A Guoman Hotel located in Marble Arch. The Cumberland Hotel is a breath-taking, stylish hotel, and the hotel fit out had to stay in keeping with this unique atmosphere.

The hotel bedroom refurbishment included the strip out and complete hotel bedroom fit out of the 3rd floor bedrooms and corridor.

The hotel boasts superb dining in Gary Rhodes’ brasserie, Rhodes W1, as well as a private lounge. In addition to calling upon Revos hotel refurbishment services, Revo were also tasked with designing and refurbishing these areas in the hotel.

Revo’s role as bar interior design contractors was to design and create a new wine bar for pre-dinner drinks and cocktails. The Rhodes Patron bar, specialising in Patron Tequila cocktails, forms a dramatic centre piece of the Rhodes W1 Brasserie. The works included designing and installing a new bar, supplying new lighting and furniture, and completely redecorating.

Revo also created a luxurious private dining area to provide a smart venue for dinner, cocktail parties, boardroom lunches and small receptions. Rhodes W1 Private Dining room can accommodate up to 30 seated or 50 standing guests. As the bar and restaurant refurbishment contractors, Revo’s work in this area involved installation of partitions, ceilings, lighting and flooring, redecoration’s, supplying new furniture and re-upholstering existing furniture.

Achieving a high-quality finish to complement the style of the Brasserie and the Cumberland Hotel was paramount to the success of the project, and Revo were delighted to have achieved just this. The launch party was a success, and Revo were proud to have Gary Rhodes in attendance.
