Woodlands Conference Centre, Wyboston Lakes

About This Project

In 2018, Revo were thrilled to have won the contract to work on yet another hotel, this time being in Bedfordshire at the Wyboston Lakes Resort on their Woodlands Conference Centre. Revo Leisure services were tasked in completing this conference centre design with the next generation in mind to become a destination for conferences and events.

With 16 different events spaces, the largest of which is a 385sqm space, 120 bedrooms The Woodlands Event Centre lends itself to a range of events both indoor and out and therefore needed Revo to help refresh the interior with a full conference centre refurbishment. The conference centre fit out included updating the conference space with all the latest technology and AV to ensure the Woodlands Conference Centre had the brightest, sharpest AV currently available.

Revo also refurbished the fuelling stations at The Woodlands Event Centre, a breakout space where delegates can stay fully energised throughout the day by enjoying coffee and snacks in an area outside the meeting rooms. Working together with the conference centre design contractors, it was imperative for this restaurant fit out to provide a calm, comfortable atmosphere.

Revo had to stick to Wyboston’s busy event schedule as a continuous revenue stream for the hotel was imperative. Therefore, our project management experience in a live environment was key for this conference centre fit out being a success.
