Office interior design and space planning is the cornerstone of Revo’s expertise in creating effective, professional, aesthetically striking workspaces geared to the specific needs of the individual client. The process is holistic and inspiring, starting with the Revo design team meeting with the client and listening to ideas, key requirements, concerns and objectives.
All design and space planning projects are driven by a creative brief and centre around developing the very best solutions which balance aesthetics, contemporary trends, sustainability and practicality in the real world. The day-to-day business of the client is analysed with the goal of uniquely understanding how the business, staff and departments work.
The composition and constraints of the building are considered along with the job functions, company structure, population and working practices so that maximum efficiency is ensured and the best creative and technical solutions are achieved.
At every stage, interior design and corporate image guidelines are adhered to and Revo boasts a talented, multi-faceted and pragmatic interior design team experienced in undertaking projects in leading hotels, offices, restaurants and other client-facing, prestigious locations.
Revo evaluates the furniture and interior equipment and advises on recycling/reselling unused stock with the aim of making the process cost-effective and environmentally-conscious.
Before the project is finalised, Revo helps the clients to visualise the new interior space with a full range of measured CAD visuals, samples, brochures and mood boards.
Transforming spaces within complex building envelopes requires an understanding of both the client’s organisation and their accommodation needs. Revo appreciates that, for most businesses, creating the right office environment can be crucial to success, productivity and sustainability. Every piece of office space is used effectively and becomes an important showcase for the client’s business.
Office fit out and refurbishment are core elements of Revo’s work. As principal contractor, the Revo team delivers a friendly, stress-free approach to the entire process, coupled with the highest degree of professionalism. Working from scratch, the company offers a full range of services which recognise that every commercial fit out project is different, challenging and unique to the client. Throughout the process, thought is given to health and safety and the project’s ‘green’ credentials, including sourcing sustainable products and how waste can be recycled and minimised. This includes lifecycle costings and an emphasis on durability and ease of maintenance.
Revo undertakes both CAT A fit-outs – fit-out from a shell of a building to completion including floors, walls and ceilings; and CAT B fit-outs – fit-out of a space where construction is complete – in partnership with experienced professionals. For each project, the team brings vision, careful planning, excellent project management skills and attention to detail while appreciating the balance between design, functionality and budget. As a result, Revo has gained a reputation for delivering to cost and to plan.
Office fit-out is often about adapting workplace cultures as technology and business practices evolve. Revo’s team helps manage these requirements through innovative design to achieve the most cost-effective, user-friendly and sustainable solutions.
Revo’s Construction department comprises experts in the field of building processes and standards – for the UK and overseas.
Adhering to today’s complex commercial construction methods, health and safety and sustainability requirements, Revo manages every aspect of the construction process from initial site visits and architectural drawings to commissioning. Revo coordinates all elements of a project, from understanding the brief and engaging the architect and surveyors right through the build to the final sign off.
Revo has experience in handling both Cat A and CAT B fit-outs. A CAT A fit-out takes the building from its shell construction (the fabric only) and installs the “base build” requirements for floors, ceilings, stairs, lifts and toilet facilities. In addition, the base open plan service requirements for essential services such as power, light, heating and cooling and fire alarms are developed. An incoming tenant may then wish to take the space further for their personal/corporate office requirements. CAT B fit-outs take the building from its CAT A status and develops the bespoke requirements for an incoming tenant or corporate office requirement. This may include personalising the space to suit the corporate office feel with partitions, feature walls and ceilings, flooring, kitchen/tea point and breakout facilities. Thus, the whole environment is made suitable for a particular company’s use that would best suit their day-to-day business running and dealings both in the client needs and the company’s own staff retention requirements thus making an efficient and economical working environment.
Revo studies cost-efficiency, legal implications, sustainability and government standards in all construction projects while ensuring they deliver maximum energy savings and payback.
Revo works with a network of specialist, experienced sub-contractors and develops processes which keep the client informed at every stage of the project. Because the company is not affiliated with any one contractor, these teams are selected on their potential value to a given project.
Services include project offices, welfare facilities, access/egress, storage, rubbish removal and recycling, COSHH, security, health and safety and all service facilities including lighting, fire protection, housekeeping and dust and noise control.
Financial and total project management coupled with rigorous environmental standards are the cornerstones to the Revo promise.
